I have had the pleasure of working with Steven Bowman of Cornerstone Developers on two extensive renovation projects. One was a reconfiguration and down-to-the-studs remodel of a master bedroom/bath/closet area. We occupied the home during this entire remodel and were quite pleased at the minimization of disruption to the rest of our house. All quotes were accurate, over-runs were discussed and agreed upon in advance and all subs performed on time and to the highest quality.
The second project was much more extensive as it involved a whole house remodel, including kitchen and baths as well as an exterior second story stone patio and sidewalks. Numerous subs had to be scheduled and coordinated, including special engineering and architectural concerns. Again, all work was completed on time and with the highest quality craftsmanship. There were no work stoppages or delays. If people were scheduled they showed up. It was an intricate dance of multiple specialties orchestrated beautifully by Steven. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen for any construction project. He was a delight to work with.
